About this pro

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences, both springing forth from ancient Vedic knowledge that goes back over  5,000 years.

As a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, I can help you discover your natural bodily constitution, discuss foods and exercises that particularly complement you and work on lifestyle modifications to live life to the fullest.

Optimal wellness is being in a state of bliss naturally - no  substance needed - and Ayurveda shows us the way.

As a past software programmer, the word KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) was embedded in my coding brain.

In embracing Yoga, Ayurveda and Bhakti, I am amazed to see really how Simple life can be but how we constantly struggle to complicate it.

When I work  with individuals and groups, this same amazement fills their expression.  I can almost hear an audible sigh - when they begin to understand that life can indeed be peaceful, serene and beautiful with just a few lifestyle changes, a fresh perspective and a new goal.

3. RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher, 200  hours)

This allows me to train people on Yoga postures, but with the help of Ayurveda, we can now fine tune it to the students specific bodily constitution.
