    What I value most in Ann's approach is her view of the complete picture. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First is a complementary fitness evaluation this is so I can asses what level of fitness they are in. Then I have them preform a series of diffrent excersises to evaluate there strengths and there weakness  Then I am able to put together a specialized workout program for them! 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor's degree in health and fitness, I am certified with ISSA personal training with several certifications
