After helping my clients to learn how to eat we than focus on lifestyle skills that will help them as they achieve their goals.

What I like best is helping my clients to find their deep inner being that is the true driving force to achieving deep & long lasting health.
I truly feel that helping clients to be the best they can be is my true calling. I care so deeply for my clients & it brings me such joy when I see them achieve their desired goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing I do is send my potential client a in depth assessment form that they can fill out via a fillable PDF.
Once received I will overview the form than schedule a follow up phone meeting to discuss the findings & get to know the client & to see if we are a good fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Exercise Science with a specialization in Human Performance With over 25 years of experience I have worked with clients of all ages & challenges.
On top of being a Master Fitness, Nutrition, & Lifestyle Coach I have received my certifications from the most elite organizations in the fitness & nutrition industry.
Am certified as a Master Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, am a Master Nutrion/Lifestyle Coach through Precision Nutrition, as well as TRX, Pre & Post Natal & Golf Conditioning Soecialist.
