What is your typical process for working with a new student?

1st we schedule a FREE fitness and health assessment, and a mini-workout to test strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.

2nd based on the result of the fitness assesment and your wants and goals, I will devise a workout program specifically for you.

3rd We workout at least 2x a week for an hours time and watch the magic of science happen within your body. You will build muscle, burn more calories at rest all day long, build muscle tone, bone density, sleep better, increase circulation, rehabilitate an injury, build balance and coordination, create better ease of moving throughout the day and during the workouts, increase flexibility, lose weight or maintain, be motivated, encouraged and supported by a professional Fitness Trainer that knows whats best for you and your goals.
