As a student of Complimentary and Alternative Health and a holistic practitioner I bring the best of both a Worlds, culinary & healing, to every client. I can show you delicious recipes, professional techniques and smarter, healthier ingredients, methods and presentation.
As a third generation Chef, I believe I channel my father and Grandfather every time I step into the kitchen. I enjoy meeting people from different ethnic backgrounds and as much teaching I love learning, from recipes to ingredients to cultural histories of foods.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Depending on what student wants to learn, i offer categories such as breakfast, lunch etc. I try to tailor each experience to the students desired goals. I teach knife skills, temperature control, sauces and scratch menu items, tips, tricks and kitchen hacks. I love to add music as a soundtrack and make it fun, as we'll as educational.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years in the culinary industry. Fine dining, corporate dining,caterer, special event coordinator, diet and nutrition consulting, cafe owner, food truck owner, executive chef, vegan and vegetarian food service owner, private chef and more experience
