I I am very authentic in my approach, I look at oexercise and program designThe strong almost as overart. A well designed program paints a picture and is carefully thought out. I have valued this approach since I was a kid and first starting out as a trainer. It’s about helping people and showing them something about them self that they thought they might not be capable of.
Over the years I have had the blessing to work with people from professional MMA fighters, to fire fighters just about everything in between. The thing I have enjoyed most are the strong relationships I have developed both personally and for others in the time I have been in business. My clients are very dear to me and while they are clients most are my closest friends.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take every client through it fives that system beginning with the foundational bodyweight movements to develop muscular endurance from there we expand to all of the areas of fitness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in exercise science, currently working towards my bachelors degree in organizational leadership , NASM PES, certified applied functional science
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is on a package basis can be between half hour sessions and full hour sessions.
1 HR sessions can vary between $45-$60 per session
1/2 hour between $30-$40
How did you get started teaching?
I always enjoyed helping people and I took a lot of time and dedicated myself to martial arts and exercise seeing the benefit that it did it for my life. From that I knew that I had a calling to teach and help educate others to help reach their fullest potential
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with anyone from the aging population all the way to professional mixed martial arts fighters and everything in between

Most recently facing adversity in my life I took the opportunity to climb the tallest mountain peak in New York State
