My business caters to busy 9-5’ers, wantrepreneurs, and entrepreneurs. I help them eat healthier, save money, and change their wellness mindset by gaining a deeper conscious awareness of their body, mind, soul, and planet. 😍😁🌱 My Conscious Eating & Healing program includes nutrition and life coaching. You can choose to participate in just one or both.
Conscious Eating: I love to see the look on people's faces when they realize they're eating vegan food. "OMG I never would have thought it was vegan". Exactly! Plus it has half the calories, no cruelty, and ingredients that are made of life and give you life! :) Eating plant-based food has a wealth of benefits: it makes you feel better, look better, clear your head fog, give you more energy, help prevent and fight diseases, keep you healed during flu season, and more!
Conscious Healing: My superpower is helping people get out of their way when it comes to their health and wellness. The life coaching aspect digs deep into cultivating self awareness, mindfulness, and showing you where you're playing small in life. Conscious Healing teaches you where you need to speak up, set boundaries, practice deeper self love when it comes to the decisions you're making in your life. Conscious Healing is for people who are unhappy with their physical reality.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
This is a very hands on experience. Before meeting, the student will select the dish(es) they'd like to prepare. I handle the grocery shopping. We review the timing and order of the menu. We prep and and cook, while I teach you each ingredients benefits, and show you tips, tricks, and techniques to making your cooking process easier. If selecting multiple dishes - we'll enjoy eating them tapas style as they are hot and ready, while other dishes are cooking. You'll receive the menu, recipes, and pictures of our night and dishes together to relish in the experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a proud, self-taught home chef! It all started back in 2015, a co-worker suggested I watch Cowspiracy. So that weekend I did. I was floored. Emotional. Angry. Shocked. I dramatically vowed never to eat meat again! But then my stomach growled and I realized I had no idea how to make or find plant based food.
So I began a journey of s l o w l y transitioning myself off of animal products. I knew I had to teach my tastebuds and my mind the new food I wanted to eat and the old food I no longer wanted to eat. I also had to learn new recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
But until then, I started making my dinner plates have less cheese, less chicken, less animal products on my plate. I piled heaps of veggies on every existing meal until I could learn to make meals without them.
Point of the story - I learned how, and you can too! Learn how to shift the proportions of your plate to include more veggies and less animal products. I guarantee you, you won't miss it after long! My meals are so delicious and filling. Try meatless meals for one meal a week, then for one meal a day. For your health, animals, and planet.

Pricing depends on what we're making: single or multiple 'tapas style', ingredients of dish, prep time, cook time, difficulty level. I cover the cost of and handle ingredient shopping, so classes range from $100+.
