About
I have been in the kitchen my entire career. I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, apprenticed in Michelin starred kitchens in France and Spain and have worked in some of NYC's top kitchens. The greatest gift my mom ever gave me was teaching me to cook and now I am teaching others. No matter your skill level there is work we can do together! My culinary studio is fully equipped and ready to welcome you. For more information about me please visit www.ocuisine.nyc. See you in the kitchen! Anne
