Hello! My name is Suzie and I owned a Cuban restaurant for twenty years. I also participated in various food festivals and catered hundreds of parties all over the tri-state area. Cooking is one of my many passions that I am proud to say I am great at and enjoy teaching. I love taking the overwhelming fear that I notice a lot of people have, out of it.
