JD Personal Training
I focus on applying my knowledge from prior experience and continuing education to each client. With years of experience in strength and conditioning and now focusing my energy on personal training, I’m able to provide services to clients that exceed their expectations and teach them information that will change their lives forever.
From working with athletes, to group training and now one-on-one training, the most rewarding part of my job is helping others see change, feel change, and helping them reach their goals while gaining new found confidence.
