With years of experience in strength and conditioning and now focusing my energy on personal training, I’m able to provide services to clients that exceed their expectations and teach them information that will change their lives forever.
From working with athletes, to group training and now one-on-one training, the most rewarding part of my job is helping others see change, feel change, and helping them reach their goals while gaining new found confidence.

Justin takes that extra step to make sure his clients are getting the most out of their workout. I have a consultation process where we can speak over the phone or through text in which we discuss goals and the process to reach those goals.
I currently am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and have a BS in Exercise and Rehabilitative Sciences.
I charge 100$ an hour, with a 10% deduction fee with each renewal. (1 session $100, 2 sessions $190, 3 sessions $280, etc). Other packages are available for monthly sessions, with discounts as well.
When I was getting my degree, I began training employees in our wellness complex, which led me into my passion for strength and condition and one-on-one training.
