About
Taoist yoga is the art of manipulating energy (Qi) with the power of the mind, eyes and heart.
All exercises are performed to free the body of negative energy and saturate it with vitality.
Energy blocks, knots and weaves appear in the internal organs of a person, which impede the free flow of the flow of Qi energy - our life force.
The causes of these blocks are constant stress and negative emotions: fear, anger, hatred, resentment.
The main task of Taoist yoga is to return a person to a state of harmony.
In Taoist yoga, great importance is attached to working with muscles and tendons.
Stretches and twists in Taoist yoga remove blocks and clamps, freeing pathways for energy to flow freely.
I help to feel in one lesson vitality, qi, energy, prana.
Taoist yoga practices include four types of training:
dynamic,
static,
meditative
and activities requiring external funds.
Dynamic training includes special movements and exercises such as Tai Chi Chuan.
Static training promotes calmness of the body and tracking its position.
Meditation practice involves visualizing or focusing on specific ideas, sounds, images, concepts, or patterns of breathing.
External remedies such as herbal intake, massage, physical manipulation are not included in the training, but can be explained.
I enjoy working with qi energy.
I help you feel qi (life force, energy, prana) and show you how to work with it.
I help with stretching and twisting to remove blocks and clamps, clearing the way for energy to flow freely.
Meditation, Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan are different manifestations of Taoist Yoga, which, like different paths, lead to one peak.
I have been training daily since 1990.
I studied Tai Chi Chuan in China and medidation in in Rishikesh (India) "the world capital of yoga and meditation".
I have been practicing "Taoist yoga" or inner alchemy since 1990.
