About
I am very flexible with scheduling. I bring heart and soul into music. Centering ourselves, deep breathing and setting an intention for the session for a few minutes at the beginning of the lesson is important to me. Music is a mind body soul connection and being present is key.
I enjoy the creativity in writing music, or learning the classics and being inspired by artists and other people like you, connection on a soul level that comes out in song. The vulnerability of each of us as we find our voice or the find the skill of our fingers. Actually singing our own song, writing out deep feelings. It's all so beautiful.

Mainly under 12 beginners/intermediate. I was based in New York for 4 years where my teaching experience grew as I worked as a music teaching artist for adults with a special needs theatre company and also taught private lessons through referrals.

Students all ages from 6-40

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If you are looking for custom one on one guidance on your musical journey and are avid to learn, have a love for music, I guarantee we can be a great match! I love to explore and learn with you too if there's a song you really want to learn and I am not familiar with it, I will familiarize myself with it and teach you all the proper skills and technique to learn it in your own way and with methods that work for you and your learning style.
