I am a Steinway partnered piano teacher who always curates my curriculum for each students goals and skills. I teach all ages and levels of experience, as well as many different styles ranging from classical to jazz, pop, rock, and anything in between.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When a new student approaches me, I always ask what their goals are along with any expiriance they may have. My approach always adapts to what a student wants to learn, and what skills they already have. I always make the lessons fun, engaging, and challenging. My number one priority is to have all of my students fall in love with music, from there I work on getting them to be able to play music they love, and fall in love with playing the piano.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in jazz piano performance from the New School in NYC, and am a Steinway partnered piano teacher. I have taught music for numerous summer programs, as well as teaching privately for ten years.
