I like to use high intensity exercises and combine them with agility and strength exercises, in their proper order to obtain results in an efficient way. There is no easy way, it's just about hard work. That is my philosophy.
The most enjoyable part of my job is the results and happy faces of my clients when they start to feel that they are close to their goals. I believe that everyone has the power to become who they want to be and I consider that I have the tools and the knowledge to help people with that. I don't want to be the personal trainer who only chooses ramdom exercises to make you sweat and move. I want to be the coach who takes your goals seriously and motivates you to work hard to achieve it!
