I am an Ayurvedic Holistic health coach, a Yoga instructor with 500 hour YTT. I am an herbalist, meditation instructor, dance and gymnastics coach as well!

Class prices range on when, where, the amount of time, and if I have to travel to you! Class ranges from 60-125 an hour!
