My focus is on building a strong foundation in reading, as I believe that literacy is the key to academic success. I’m dedicated to understanding each student’s unique needs and strengths, tailoring my approach to ensure they not only improve their skills but also develop a love for learning. My goal is to inspire confidence and empower students to reach their full potential. Whether it’s overcoming challenges or pushing ahead, I’m here to support your child every step of the way.

I've been teaching ESL students my whole career. I have a double TESL degree, and my Masters degree is in Multicultural Education. I've also been fortunate enough to teach in Taiwan for 2 years. I've been an educator for over 20 years and my ethusiasm and passion have never waned. As for Math, I will use many activities and methods to instill confidence and excitement for learning into my students' path and give them their greatest chance for success.

I have been a kindergarten teacher for the last 5 years and at my current school since 2013. I previously taught second grade .I am knowledgeable, dependable and enthusiastic about educating our youth . Teaching might be the most rewarding job there is. I enjoy seeing the excitement of students engaged in a lesson and excited about learning something new!!

A 3rd generation musician. I have been playing and performing for 50+ years. Classically trained by Master Richard Pick at The Chicago School of Music, I have performed with everyone from Gregg Allman to Frank Sinatra. Musical Director and Conductor for Engelbert Humperdinck, Connie Stevens, Buddy Greco and many more. I am the originator and developer of the C-A-G-E-D system for guitar. We are highly skilled at teaching beginners how to embrace the art of music theory through, voice, piano, and guitar. We enjoy growing through the process with hour students, and focus on proper playing and practice techniques, music theory comprehension, rehearsal and performance best practices, and ear training.
