Matthew is very patient and has a deep understanding of the bowling game. It doesn’t matter if you’re a one-hander, two-hander, lefty or righty he will be able to help progress your game. Highly recommend!

I’m relatively new to bowling, just bought my own ball and decided to take some lessons. I was a little hesitant using this website but felt I had nothing to lose so went with it. I’m really glad I did because Matthew explained a lot and taught me how to hook the ball in a heartbeat. He seems very easy to work with and I look forward to working with him more.

I wanted to learn bowling to beat all my friends because everyone was better than me. It’s embarrassing when everyone is better than you. At some point, people stop laughing with you and start laughing at you. That’s when I knew I needed to up my game. I had 2 lessons with Matthew already and I’m already scheduling my 3rd. In the matter of 2 weeks and 2 lessons with Matthew I went from bowling 67 to 160. I was super nervous at first but Matthew took me under his wing immediately. He is very kind, super respectful, and highly professional. He will do whatever it takes to meet your goals. My goal is beat all my friends all the time and score 250+ and we are already on that track only with 2 lessons. Everyone has a different skill level and Matthew can teach at all different skill levels. That’s what I love about him. He is patient and understanding. He never rushes me. I would highly recommend if you have your own ball bring it to his lessons and if you don’t have a ball yet it’s even better because based on your performance Matthew will recommend a bowling ball if you want to take your game to the next level. This is awesome because if you are taking lessons it means you want to personalize your skill level to the game to become better and having your own ball with your play style says confidence in any lanes. It’s like a respect thing. Even if you don’t have a perfect game. Other bowlers around you will sense you have respect for the sport and it builds your confidence leading to better games. I owned 2 balls before Matthew and after our 1st lesson Matthew instantly knew my skill set and recommended me a ball to my play style. My 3rd ball that Matthew recommended me is my favorite ball. I never leave home without it. My bowling ball is always in my car just in case of last minute games with friends. I’m always prepared. Matthew doesn’t force you to buy anything it’s not what I’m saying. Like I said depending on your goals he works with it all. My goal is to always beat my friends for bragging rights. They’ve been bowling for 15+ years and I’ve only been bowling for 3 weeks really and went from 67 to 160 with Matthew. I have physical injuries and Matthew works through my injuries to finesse my game to help me get closer to my goals. He is a mentor that can take any skill to the next level even with one lesson. Try it and you will never regret it. I’m beyond excited for my upcoming 3rd lesson because I already know Matthew will take me to the next level.
