Started Boxing at 8 years old cause my childhood hero was Muhammad Ali. I been passionate about the sweet science ever since. I am a Boxing trainer who has trained soccer moms to MMA world Champions and everything in between. I work at a fun energetic place to meet your boxing goals and cardiovascular needs. I was a coach for the 2006 UNLV collegiate national championship team. I have helped MMA world Champions like Randy Couture, Forrest Griffin, Vitor Belfort, Wanderlai Silva, Ricco Rodriguez and Johny Hendricks home there craft. I have worked under former Welterweight contender Skipper Kelp. Was featured on season 16 of the ultimate fighter along with boxing champion Jeff Mayweather.I also specialize in high-intensity training for those on the go who have to maximize their time in an effective efficient way. 40 mins burn 500 calories with Combat fitness between Boxing/Kickboxing meets Crossfit. I have extensive knowledge in kenisology and Nutrition
Watching people progress in something they are p passionate about. Also love watching people grow in a sport they may have been intimidated to learn

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We make contact then work out a schedule
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working towards my masters in kenisology. I have trained professional boxer and mma fighters for 19 years. I also train athletes in strength and conditioning.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My payment plan is based around how many times we work out. It can be flexible to meet the clients needs.
How did you get started teaching?
I have had a life long love affair with boxing. But a good friend of mine Former number 3 ranked contender in the world Skipper Kelp. Ask if I would help out at his gym Fight Capital and with his UNLV boxing team. I started teaching amateur and professional boxers. Then helped with class for people who were not pr professional or Amateurs but people looking to learn the art of boxing and get a great work out. That was 2000
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with the young and old alike. Pro athlete's from other sports like the NFL's Patrick Willis and Calvin Pace, NBA's Glenn Davis. Soccer moms, business executives, recovering stroke patient and people who want a change of pace work out

More fun than training fighters is to watch my daughter dance. Just attended her dance recital. It was fun
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
His have a in person interview. Get a feel for your trainer personality. See if he or she mesh with you before making a financial commitment.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Can they make a consistent time commitment to the training sessions. Trainers block that time off for you. If your schedule varies that is easy to work around. Just need to communicate.
