I enjoy sharing life experiences through strength and conditioning and football. I have played 16+ yrs of football from pop warner through college. I am very familiar w/ drills, techniques, conditioning, training, stretches w/ football players. I love to pass what I've learned to help youth athletes go further in life than I did at the time I played football.
