Here at fitness with Sirbbb I incorporated yoga with fitness while giving my clients an outside experience for 3 days working on breathing techniques as well as balance and stretching and for 2 days it will be at eos for strength training as I have a membership that allows me to bring a guest also included in the week sessions Is a meal prep guide I care about not only your outer body but what you put into it as well💚 I am a certified personal trainer who has enjoyed fitness my whole life.
