My background is in Athletic Performance and Functional Training. My expertise and training philosophy translates into a more efficient,powerful athlete with a tremendous amount of focus on form and function. I have had the great privilege to have trained 100s of Div1 athletes from Soccer players,Football players,Rugby,Hockey and Baseball players. I am even fortunate enough to have 5 past athletes on NFL rosters 1 professional Soccer player and 2 international rugby players. My main focus on training is to ensure my athletes get the best coaching on and off the field.
I do my training out of bodysport training off lake meade and the 95. Most if my field work I do at all America park on buffalo.
I enjoy helping people meet their athletic Goals. With my background in Health and Wellness I know the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the importance of keeping the body moving.
Barry has been great to work with. He is very professional and incredibly knowledgable. We have worked out with trainers for football and basketball and my sons enjoy their time with Barry the most. They r dedicated to the people they are training..it’s just not no here’s a work out do it for 45 min and leave he actually teaches you while working out and getting better

Working on my Masters degree in Exercise Science. I have coached both baseball and football in the past. With most emphasis on skill postions in football and multiple positions in baseball.
I base my prices on per session fees as well as package prices. Im semi retired I collect a pension and I do this to enrich lives in education and training while I coach not just to collect a training fee and sit on my butt and watch my phone.
when I retired from the Air Force in 2008 I became a strength and conditioning coach and realized my passion was making athletes better.

Find someone who keeps training simple and to the point. Overcomplicated programs are a waste of time. When your building an athlete you should first focus on form and function off the field and specification on the individual playing field. You build the athlete in the weight room and conditioning the coaches of the specific sport coach up postions and sport play.
