I'm Coach Barry I've been a professional strength and conditioning coach since 2008. I've had the great honor to work with some amazing people in the past. I've coached professional baseball,football and hockey players as well as 100s of Athletes in multiple sports many of whom played at the highest collegiate and amateur levels. I've created thousands of exercise prescriptions for Adults who are seeking better health or athletes who are looking to become the best of the best.
If you're looking to become the best version of yourself I'm your man. Im a retired Air Force veteran so discipline is my friend. I'm a certified functional strength coach my modalities will help you feel better and move better as we focus on stability and mobility during all of our sessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Sitdown interview and setup training based on the need of the athlete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working on my Masters degree in Exercise Science. I have coached both baseball and football in the past. With most emphasis on skill postions in football and multiple positions in baseball.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I base my prices on per session fees as well as package prices. Im semi retired I collect a pension and I do this to enrich lives in education and training while I coach not just to collect a training fee and sit on my butt and watch my phone.
How did you get started teaching?
when I retired from the Air Force in 2008 I became a strength and conditioning coach and realized my passion was making athletes better.
What types of students have you worked with?
High level college and professionals General population and youths.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who keeps training simple and to the point. Overcomplicated programs are a waste of time. When your building an athlete you should first focus on form and function off the field and specification on the individual playing field. You build the athlete in the weight room and conditioning the coaches of the specific sport coach up postions and sport play.
