About
This meditation is ideal for busy people who don't have time to practice sitting meditation. You will begin by practicing at bedtime to easily fall asleep, when your sleep is disturbed and on waking up in the morning, all these times you are lying in the bed! Practice it during the day anytime, anywhere, lying, sitting, standing and walking. You will feel the difference from day one!
You will enjoy improved sleep, lower stress and many mindbody benefits. More details can be seen in my website https://sites.google.com/view/counting-breaths/home.
I was lucky to have found this simple practice 20 years back. It has changed my life. My mission is to help others benefit from it and make sure it lives beyond my lifetime.
I want this technique to help others like me and make sure it is avaialble for future generations.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The student commits to three classes and pays for them on registration. In the first class, the meditation is introduced, the student practices in my presence and becomes confident of practicing on own.
The second class will be after a week or two to check on the practice, clear any questions and advance to practicing during the daytime, including sitting and standing.
In the third calss, depending on the student's inclination walking and sitting meditation are introduced and practiced.
If the client desires, the classes continue and I offer traninig in handling thoughts and working with difficult people for leading a stress free life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned this meditation from books and websites and simplified the techniques to suit beginners who don't have time to do formal siting meditation.
I have been teaching it to adults and children in solo and group sessions for last 16 years. The testimonials in my website bear out the benefits.
