Yoga Body Mind Soul
About
My private yoga clients have seen improvements in their strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as reduced stress.
My classes focus on moving and breathing into optimal happiness, healthiness, and mindfulness. Sessions may include power yoga, flow yoga, chair yoga, yin and restorative yoga, depending on your needs. I offer yoga and wellness classes, private yoga sessions, and workshops and workplace programs.
Conscious movement and meditation transformed my life. I began teaching yoga so that I can share these transformational practices with you.
I have seen the physical and mental transformation in my private clients who are achieving greater mobility, strength, flexibility, focus, rejuvenation, and peace.
I look forward to guiding you toward greater happiness, healthiness, and mindfulness in your life.
I love to see how my students' transform their lives with a regular yoga practice. Students say they feel more alive, stronger, more confident, and more comfortable within themselves. Yoga is a healing practice. Conscious movement and breathing connects the body and mind. We train ourselves to become more present, more accepting of ourselves, and more peaceful.
