    As an actor working with Ignacio has helped me immensely. I had already worked with different accent coaches so I can say that my accent is very neutral. However since Ignacio is so skilled, he helped me taking my accent a step further. He is an expert figuring out which sounds I pronounced incorrectly due to my mother language. Furthermore, I think that when working with accents it is not only important to know how to pronounce the given words but also to know where to put the stress in a sentence, and Ignacio knew perfectly how to help me with that.

    English isn’t my first language and because of my accent, people keep asking me about where am I from although I’ve been living in the U.S. for several years. This is very annoying. In addition to that, I’m interested in acting where the proper pronunciation can be a deal-breaker.
    I’ve been having classes with Ignacio for 2 months and I have very good progress. We work on not only the phonetics but also on other nuances of the proper pronunciation. Ignacio is very passionate about the sounds and really wants to help me to speak better. Our lessons are fun but intense. I learn so many things every time and I’m sure that without his help I wouldn’t get them. It’s a long journey ahead and I’m super excited about my progress. Totally recommend Ignacio to everyone.

    i came to Ignacio to work on my middle eastern accent. Ignacio helped eliminate my accent, with his vast knowledge of phonetics he was able to easily detect what needed fine tuning and was able to refine my pronunciation, dialect and annunciation. If you are serious about obtains an American accent he is the man and won’t cut you any slack! Highly recommend

    First we use the basic excersices that explore each individual sound found in Standard American Speech. 

    Once we have identified which sounds are the harder ones for the student, we tackle those by doing excercises of just those sounds.

    I have been studying the International Phonetic Alphabet for years and I now teach at an Acting School were speech is of the utmost importance.

    The standard price for a 1 hour class is $100. I provide discounts for 2 students or more at the same time.

    Ive been teaching for years. I started with Theater for Highscools and now I teach professionals. I love being able to see the progress and giving people the tools to feel more confident in the way they express themselves.

    All kinds, from every corner of the world. I even teach other Americans how to improve there standard way of speaking because they are too regional in the way they sound.
