My own journey of personal growth has moved into the program I’ve build for my clients. I’m
concerned about the whole being of a person because thatis what truly matters beyond the scale or
body composition. I wake up in the morning and drag my ass to the gym because I know there is
someone there waiting for me that needs more than a physical wake up call.
They need renewed passion for life, clarity of purpose, mental stability, repaired relationships,
awakened confidence, and motivation for the future. When we start there, everything else, to include
a healthy weight and a kick ass body, will fall into place with hard work and dedication. This is my
