About
Having been a yoga and Pilates instructor for 10 years, having had a yoga studio for 7 years, taught English as a Second Language and been a Psychology teacher for 9 years, I've come in contact with a great array of personalities. It is from this knowledge and experience from which I draw upon to offer the person ,or persons in front of me and at the center of their practice their best expereince. Incorporating, infusing and tapping the mind, body, and spirit assits in achieving a whole body experience.
Additionally, my / our service has stood out time and again, from various publications writing about us including the prestigious New York Times, to the Studio winning "Best in Queens for Yoga" in 2015 awarded by an independent group looking at various aspects that shows a business' contribution to a community.
Teaching and Transforming lives! It's a blessing to do this work, and I'm grateful to the powers-that-be for having made this part of my journey.
