About

As a health and wellness coach my approach embodies not just achieving ones personal physical ability and weight loss goals. My services provides a foundation for a balanced mind, body, and soul. I coach my clients to get in their best physical shape but to also feel healthier by implementing healthier food and mentality to their daily life. I believe if your body looks good but you feel sick and unfufilled in life, my job is not done.

I enjoy getting to inspire people to be the best version of themselves. Growing up I have always been an athelete but it wasn't until I learned the importance of having all parts of my life balanced that I actually starting to live my fullest potential. I enjoy getting to share knowledge and experience with my clients and also learning about their journey in this life. Motivating people is also one of my favorite hobbies. I get a chance to show people what they are truly capable of no matter who they are or what they have been through.

Frequently asked questions

I do an assessment in understanding my student's goals and realistic abilities and begin to instruct them at the level that they are at. Then I walk them through the process of every training activity we will be doing to ensure safety and enjoyability. It is important my client has fun and not even notice a work out or a session is going on.

My educational background is in Dietetics and EMT. I have also trained as a Birth Doula and currently working on a certification as a Nutritional counselor. I have experience as a collegiate level basketball and softball player. I have coached both junior high school and college prep basketball. Now I am the leading Health & Wellness coach for the company I founded named IbiOp.

I charge an hourly rate of $20-$30 an hour depending on the distance I travel to meet a client. I may meet them at a local GYM that I have access to or turn their neighborhood into our playground. I also provide alkaline water and plant based, vegan snacks to ensure efficient energy during work out.

I began teaching when I was 21 years old when I got my first opportunity to coach basketball at a junior highscool after I injured my foot as a college athlete. Needless to say the primary reason for my injury was poor nutrition. This is why I am now passionate about coupeling the importance and balance of both nutrition and proper physical exercise.

I have worked with students age 12- 45 years of age.

Always go with a teacher that inspires you, whether it is their story or their style of teaching. When you are invested as much as the teacher you work harder to not let the teacher down which then turns into you not letting yourself down.

How Committed am I to this process?
