How did you get started teaching?
I myself was over weight and out of shape, even after having many years under me as an athlete and martial artist.
i grew to 300lbs standing at 5'10.
After spending some time correcting my lifestyle and losig well over 100lbs in under a year, people began to ask me to help them. So i did just that. I helped them.
I began to love it and relized i would like to continue doing so. So i expanded my knowledge by going to school for sport science & athlethic training.
5 years later here i am still doing what i love!
What types of students have you worked with?
