How did you get started teaching?

I myself was over weight and out of shape, even after having many years under me as an athlete and martial artist.

i grew to 300lbs standing at 5'10.

After spending some time correcting my lifestyle and losig well over 100lbs in under a year, people began to ask me to help them. So i did just that. I helped them.

I began to love it and relized i would like to continue doing so. So i expanded my knowledge by going to school for sport science & athlethic training.

5 years later here i am still doing what i love!

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with students from ALL walks of life.

from the average joe to the elite athletes and celecrities.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure that teacher can identify with what it is you're expericing or about to experience. To often many trainers try to teach what they are not familiar with.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Am i really willing to do what it takes to succeed?
