New Limits Health
About
New Limits was launched on the belief that the mind and body can achieve extraordinary things — even surprise itself — when empowered with the right tools and motivation.
My passion is to leverage all that I’ve learned through Ironman training, nutrition and fitness certification programs, and even my own struggles in overcoming illness and challenging work-life balance, to equip others with what they need to improve their own lives. I’ve brought together a team of health and wellness experts that share in my passion, and together, we’re committed to helping our members reach their full potential and push themselves to new limits!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Whether you’re a prospective, novice, or experienced runner, I develop a customized training plan that works for you. This consists of an initial goal setting discussion, personalized training outlined on a weekly basis, an online platform for uploading your workouts, and real-time coaching from start to finish. At the conclusion of each week, I review your training log and make any modifications based on what is (or isn’t) working for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m an active marathoner and Ironman triathlete, having raced in several cities and countrysides from California to New York, London to Greece, and throughout Israel, where I reside today. I have certifications in running coaching from the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), fitness training from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and nutrition coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Customized pricing, as everyone's needs are different, but typically $150-250/month.
How did you get started teaching?
I launched New Limits Health to help those who want to make a difference in their lives, whether this means maintaining a healthier diet, identifying the crevices in a packed work schedule for workouts and other activities, or reaching individual goals such as running a 5K or marathon. A cancer survivor since 2002 (I underwent 56 doses of chemotherapy, 22 rounds of radiation, and 3 surgeries, as a teenager), I understand what it means to start from the bottom, aim high, and achieve success with personal health. I believe that with enough hard work, patience and perspective, change is possible – that people can radically transform their behavior or beliefs in the face of the right kind of impetus, and ultimately reach new limits.
