Hey! I’m Nicole, a fitness trainer with a decade of experience in yoga, focusing on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin practices. I also specialize in mobility training, self-defense, weight training, and overall fitness. In addition, I have three years of martial arts experience, including Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

My approach is tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re a complete beginner looking to improve flexibility or someone wanting to increase mobility, relieve pain, prevent injuries, build strength, or simply get in better shape.

    Nicole is seriously the best!! I’ve gotten so much more flexible since working with her, like I can actually move without feeling stiff all the time. She just knows how to push you in the right way without it feeling overwhelming. And her food advice?? Literally changed the way I eat. What really got me was that she gave me all this nutrition advice for free, off-hours, just because I told her I was struggling with my relationship with food. She didn’t have to do that, but you can tell she actually cares and isn’t just in this for the money. She helped me fix my eating habits without making it feel like some crazy strict diet—just small, better daily choices that actually stick. I’ve lost weight, I feel stronger, and honestly just way better in my body. Couldn’t recommend her more!

    Nicole is honestly amazing. I came to her mainly for personal training, but I ended up getting so much more out of it. My flexibility has improved so much, which I never thought would happen because I’ve always been super stiff. She just knows exactly what you need and makes everything feel doable.
    One time, we were chatting after our lesson about how creepy my next-door neighbor was, and she legit stayed an extra half hour just to teach me the triangle choke. Like, who does that?? I will never forget it. That definitely made me want to keep her as a regular part of my routine. I’ve been working with her twice a week for 3 months, and I feel a night and day difference in my body and ease of movement. Ive already got my sister to do the same. She’s seriously the best!

    Working with Nicole has been an absolute game changer for me. In just a month I lost 10 pounds and look much more toned than I did before. My muscles are muscling!!
    Her flexibility and mobility sessions are my favorite, but she has a vast area of knowledge in fitness including weight training, cardio, and even womens self defense. She taught me how to throw a REAL punch! And she even taught me how to escape an assault situation, specifically the triangle choke which I think every woman should know.
    I am so thankful for Nicole. She has not only been such a great addition to my fitness journey but also someone I can now call a friend.
