Hey! I’m Nicole, a fitness trainer with a decade of experience in yoga, focusing on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin practices. I also specialize in mobility training, self-defense, weight training, and overall fitness. In addition, I have three years of martial arts experience, including Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
My approach is tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re a complete beginner looking to improve flexibility or someone wanting to increase mobility, relieve pain, prevent injuries, build strength, or simply get in better shape.
