The Annex Wellness and Fitness Center Specialists In medical fitness programs. If you have had an injury or wish to avoid one in striving for a healthier lifestyle our trainers have four year college degrees in exercise science. Our licensed Massage Therapists are trained in sport massage, sweedish, medical and therapeutic massages, cupping and more. We take a wholistic approach involving a positive outlook and nutritional consultations.
The Annex was founded and supervised by Dr Jamie Rockwin, owner of Therapeutic Solutions Physical Therapy, in 2011. She is recognized by The Merrick Chamber of Commerce for Professional and Woman of The Year, as well as Trailblazer of the Year awarded by the Nassau County Legislators office. Dr Rockwin is also an Adjunct Professor of Human Anatomy and Physiology at Hofstra University. Both her high school and college intern students from the local high schools and universities such as Hofstra and Stony Brook, excel in their health care careers.
