What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I will get a student's medical history and achievement targets and device an individualized APMB plan. Then work with the student to execute the plan and achieve the desired result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by Yoga Alliance USA as a Yoga Instructor
