My wife worked as a flight attendant for years and I grew up in my family's off-premise catering business, graduated from Johnson and Wales College with an Associate Science degree in Culinary Arts in the 80's, held various positions as a dishwasher, chef, food service director, chef instructor, caterer, and entrepreneur.

I worked as a Senior Chef instructor and Director of training for a variety of High School and Adult culinary arts programs in the New York City and Lower Westchester area.
