I am a professional Salsa dancer with more than a decade of experience. Began my dance journey at the age of 15. Have performed all throughout the city as well as internationally. I love working with anyone who is interested in Salsa. Salsa is great for cardio and confidence. I personally lost 50lbs in my first six months dancing.
I have always been in martial arts my whole life but, had a special interest in Muay Thai and Kickboxing in the last 4-5 years. You will learn to defend yourself and get in shape in one. As someone who personally doesn't enjoy weight training, I base my program around high intensity cardio and calisthenics.
It keeps me in shape an motivated and I love helping people reach their goals and potential.

How did you get started teaching?
Salsa I started teaching at age 17, I now am 26. I got started teaching because I joined the performance team of the company I took classes with.
Kickboxing I started making my friends hold pads for me, they began to take their own interest and I started working with them more in depth.

I've worked with men and women of all ages.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Quarantine. While much has happened during these challenging time, I have made a lot of personal strides.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Know your goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do I want to just train just for fitness or do I want to train towards a personal goal.
