Aside from being a really great person, who teaches in a relaxed but professional style, he knows so much about playing the guitar and just music in general. Dave is one of the most professional and knowledgeable teachers I have ever had. He was able to break me out of the rut I was in and get me to look at the fretboard completely differently. He taught complex theory concepts ( at least complex to me) extremely patiently and thoroughly.
