A List Acting
About
I am currently a professional working actor who makes his living in the world of commercial, tv, and film here In New York City and have film and commercial credits all over the world. I'm happy to say that I am in the top 10% of people in this industry to make money. Acting isn't just about a class or teacher, but it's an understanding about an intention and a connection to the work, and what you're doing with it. I've worked with the top acting teachers in New York, and currently, I'm still taking class once a week with one of them so my skills are always at the top level. I've helped Oscar nominees, Tony award winners, Broadway performers, and people who are series regulars, and guest stars on many of the top TV shows that you watch every night. Let me help you understand what it is that makes a great actor in this industry. And if you want to take it on the stage,I can certainly help you with that as well As I have done many plays off-Broadway and work on them in class people who are on Broadway.
I love helping people Bring themselves to the work they are working on. It's an understanding that they are enough, and that what they bring to the table is so very unique. However, people also need to understand the tone, the author, the work of the piece, the intention, and the psychology of the character. All of those things Combine together to Create a character, and through that character, We can use intention of the text To help create A piece of art. That's what I love About Acting. Also, once you understand the business side of acting, You can move forward in this industry and create the jobs and the work that you desire.

How did you get started teaching?
I've been teaching for hey long time.I work privately with many Students in New York City and in LA. I via Skype. I got started teaching because I noticed So much bad acting and advice. I saw teachers tell the students so many things that just weren't true in the real world of day to day acting. So, not only do I teach you how to work a script and analyze a script, But we take it step-by-step and layer so that you can build characters worth watching.
What types of students have you worked with?
Again, I have worked withSeries regulars,Guest star, Costar,Tony award winners,Broadway actors,And even an Oscar nominee.I've been fortunate enoughTo be able to help many different types of people in different types of situations.I'm confident I can help you too.And I have the experience to back it up.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for teachers that you connect with. Make sure the teacher has your best interests at heart.Make sure the teacher doesn't make any claims of them getting you work if you work with them. Nobody can make such claims. The only claim the teacher could make is that they will help to make you a better more informed actor.
