Having the right personal trainer when you are just starting working out is crucial. To be effective and efficient, you need to maintain the right form and speed. It's not just about the weights. I will help you develop a fitness plan together with a specially-made nutrition/diet plan to suit your needs. Once you are comfortable working out alone, you will also be able to successfully follow the plan itself and healthier eating habits.

The cost would be $50/session at your location. Only in the gym I work in. The first 1 hr personal training session + evaluation and consultation at my own gym at Bloor and Yonge is free. I will be happy to answer any questions or queries you have.

Note: Unlike other trainers, I charge by session and not by the hour. Our sessions can range from 30 minutes to 80 minutes, depending on what you are looking for and how much time you have.
