Our school has been in the neighborhood since 2003. Sifu Garcia has been practicing martial arts for over 25 years and received his 4th degree black belt from a Zen Master.

Helping children, youth, and adults to be more disciplined, more impowered and more able to protect themselves. We have an adult arobics kickboxing class as well as anti-bullying training.
