I'm a graduate with a BFA in Classical Instrumental Performance. I have performed with the Brooklyn Wind Symphony, The Chelsea Symphony and most recently Utopia Opera, among many other ensembles. I am a professional musician in New York City and have been teaching for nearly a decade. I have a masters degree from Manhattan School of Music in jazz performance, and have played at many storied venues including Smalls, Nublu, and The Hugh. I love to teach music of all kinds to students, and to me making sure students are excited about playing their instrument is far more important than any scale or technique I might teach them.
