What is your typical process for working with a new student?
As soon as we match I like the student to give me a brief review of specific goals for their lesson, special requests that would make our time together the most healing for them. Upon arrival students relax in the hot tub, shower, then we begin the customized service (meditation, yoga, aerial yoga, tuning fork healing, astrology natal chart readings, foam rolling, infrared healing pad, foot/leg massage, foot bath, facials, microdermabrasion and neck/shoulder massage are all offered inside a resort/spa environment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered yoga teacher with over 10,000 hours of teaching spanning 20 years. Hatha, yin, aerial, vinyasa and restorative yoga are my primary areas of specialty. Meditation and Thai massage are secondary areas of specialty, I utilize tools such as tuning forks, chakra stones, singing bowls, binareal beats and infrared heated Jade to help make these experiences even more impactful for students. My private healing practice has brought many students to higher mind/body integration and they serve as referral sources for me now.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students who feel sick when they flip or invert should talk about this with the instructor. Any pregnancies, injuries or recent Botox are also contraindications, need to be discussed with instructor prior to lesson.
