Val is truly great! When I visit her yoga classes I feel so much relaxed and balanced. I also I like that she has generally holistic approach, it’s not just doing physical exercises. She can also give really good tips on meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep improvement, etc. Val is a very inspiring, smily and nice person.

It just felt comfortable. Im not very good at the various movements and liked the fact that I would be individually coached so that I did it right. Felt very relaxed after the session and slept like a baby that night. Very cool experience that I highly recommend.
