What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meeting the student, talking about his/her current state and what is he/she looking to achieve.
Setting up a class specifically to your needs and goals.
1st class would be an introduction to Vinyasa & kundalini yoga, questions and answers about the practice, finishing the class with sound and healing and Reiki.
If a student is motivated and see himself practicing kundalini yoga daily, I offer the option to set up a daily practice (sadhana) base on his/her numerology (birth date)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified Hatha, ashtanga/ Vinyasa and Kundalini Teacher.
A Reiki Master.
I lived in a Ashram (spiritual living) experienced variations of yoga, meditation and self healing modality.
Ayurveda nutritionist , sound bath therapist with crystal bowls and 36" gong.
