I genuinely enjoy helping people of all ages get in the best shape of their life. Fitness and health has been a long time passion of mine. I will help people achieve there goal by being honest, tough and fun while motivating them towards a healthy way of living.Habits that will accelerate and provoke them to their goals.
I have been involved in sports all my life, high school basketball, football, track cross crountry and played some college football at Long Island University.

Gerard is exactly what you are looking for in a fitness coach; he is patient, consistent, determined, and motivated to help assist you through your fitness goals no matter what level you are! I highly recommend Gerard because he wants to see you succeed just as bad as you want to! He is certified and truly educated to instruct and effectively demonstrate technique and forms if its not done correctly. In addition, most people would arguably say when it comes to dieting and eating healthy, you MUST follow the 80-20%:(80 percent is what you eat & 20 percent is exercising) Gerard is sensitive to food restrictions as well which is GREAT! Overall, I totally recommend Gerard to be your coach, what are you waiting for? ;)
