I'm an Artist and a Yoga Practitioner...

Both Art and Yoga are ways to express oneself creatively!

I'm trainined and educated in art theory, drawing, painting.  I majored in drawing and painting in college and went on to become an elementary school art teacher.

I work with yoga as a self-care tool to help people navigate challenges of stress and pain due to chronic illness.

Cristina is calm, professional, and cheerful. She is great with kids and adults. My kids and I love learning from her. Cristina's weekly yoga classes are well thought through based on participants' needs. Cristina has so much knowledge to share about yoga, breathing, and meditation. My kids and I leave her sessions feeling calmer, stronger and rejuvenated.

Cristina is a wonderful yoga instructor. She is very kind and patient, making students feel at ease. Cristina's deep knowledge about anatomy enables her to better explain to students how they can enhance their practice. Additionally, Cristina has a warm and calming presence which is perfect for practicing yoga!
