About this pro

Enhance your wellness through personalized support in yoga...

An authentic and integrative approach to yoga can help you get in touch with your inner strength and your inner self.

Today, despite life-long inflammatory joint issues, I manage my wellness with an alternative yoga lifestyle and other mindful routines, such as Qi Gong, Meditation, and Aromatherapy.

I  hold the degree of Masters of Arts in Teaching, and am certified to teach Yoga and Meditation to adults and youths. I was introduced to yoga in the 90's and have been practicing ever since.

People who learn yoga with me appreciate my lived experience using yoga as a way to find relaxation and strength while navigating 21st century pain, physical ailments, and emotional stress.

I enjoy knowing that the work I do with yoga uplifts people's hearts and minds, toward self-compassion.

I believe practicing yoga makes Earth a better place!

Additionally, I enjoy sharing yoga with our diverse community, through a local charitable organization that offerss yoga education, outreach and advocacy.

Cristina is calm, professional, and cheerful. She is great with kids and adults. My kids and I love learning from her. Cristina's weekly yoga classes are well thought through based on participants' needs. Cristina has so much knowledge to share about yoga, breathing, and meditation. My kids and I leave her sessions feeling calmer, stronger and rejuvenated.

Cristina is a wonderful yoga instructor. She is very kind and patient, making students feel at ease. Cristina's deep knowledge about anatomy enables her to better explain to students how they can enhance their practice. Additionally, Cristina has a warm and calming presence which is perfect for practicing yoga!
