I offer private virtual sessions in Mindfulness, Meditation, Gentle Yoga and Qi Gong.
I have been practicing Yoga since childhood, and started practicing Qi Gong and Meditation in 2013.
I hold a Masters of Arts in Teaching, am a Registered Yoga Teacher, and Registered Children's Yoga Teacher. I look forward to advancing my training with my goal of becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist.
I am confident working with all ages.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A student can book one lesson at a time or a series of lessons, depending on their schedule and budget.
My schedule is flexible and I am great at accomodating the student's preferred day and time.
