Yogashine

Founded in 1989, Yogashine has been serving Valhalla, NY and surrounding areas for over 28 years, teaching yoga to people of all ages and abilities. They offer a variety of services including individual sessions, parent and child sessions, multi-level group classes, seniors classes, and parent support services. They also provide dance/movement psychotherapy for greater self-expression and presence. Yogashine ensures everyone receives individual attention, with classes that are both spontaneous and creative, steeped in the spiritual roots of yoga.
