I focus on boomers and above. Trying to help people find an exercise program or yoga to help with flexibility, strength, functionality and balance. I use different techniques depending on your needs and fitness level. I am certified in many types of yoga, as well as certified personal trainer specializing in older adults. I’m also a Master Reikipractitioner. I also teach group classes and certified by Arthritis foundation, silver sneakers Zumba gold. I look forward to working with you!
I love learning about the human experience. I love when my clients begin to see the transformation. Its starts small, but noticeable and goals are achieved by showing up for yourself being present and accountsble.

Medical history form, waivers, contract, assessment of physical health and muscular imbalances. Discussion regarding goals and interests. Develop program based on discussion and results from assessment. Finalize days and times to meet.
