My name is Marc and I hold a masters degree in exercise science. When I was in 9th grade, I was in a car accident and suffered in a coma. This is where I learned the importance of exercise in improving the person in body, mind, and spirit. I enjoy using a number of different pieces of exercise equipment in my training. I use free weights, machine weights, cardion equipment, bosu ball, exersise ball, medicine balls, TRX. I am able to do this because I am the owner of Anytime Fitness (Stow).
The thing that I enjoy most about the work that I do is that I am able to help others acheive their goals. It excites me to help others make positive tranformatons in their lives that leads them to greater contentment. Individuals whom work with me understand that I will always put them in situations where they can grow and become stronger and improve their abilities.

I have been a personal training client of Marc for about 2 1/2 years. In that time, Marc has helped me tremendously - physically and mentally. Going into my mid 40's, I had become overweight, sedentary and dependent on anti-depressant medication to manage stress. In the 2+ years Marc has worked with me, he's helped me drop over 60 lbs, develop upper body muscles I NEVER dreamed possible, and I have to say most of all really helped with self confidence.
