Getting the client to reach their goals in a long term sustainable approach is the most important part of our work together.
No fad diets or wonky exercise programs here.
The next important part is the relationship itself. Our time together is best spent by educating my clients in nutrition and fitness concepts that help reach the intended goals.
The workouts and nutrition advice are completely geared towards the specific goals that the clients want to accomplish.
I go above and beyond with my clients. That means that I will talk to you, email, or text with you to fully understand what your results need to be.
I've been doing this for over a 16 years and is all I do. I hustle to get the results my clients are looking for.
My service is handled both in person and remotely for those not in my area. I have a robust collection of videos, worksheets PDFs, and experience to help you through the health issues you are experiencing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First thing first is a phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other. I only work with people I believe I can help and are more than willing to put their share of effort towards the goal.
Following the conversation, we then pick a date to start working together. We are off to the race to get to their goal as fast as possible.
Quality coaching and communication are delivered along the way to ensure that you reach your goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required by my certifications to constantly learn new ways of training and refining nutrition strategies to help people lose weight or gain muscle. I spend thousands of dollars a year learning and educating myself to stay up with current information.
How did you get started teaching?
I knew I needed to do something I loved. There was no way I could sit at a desk all day long. So, I don't work any day, it's just play.

Body Transformation, Endurance Coaching, Running Form Analysis, Body Building, Bootcamp Style Workouts, Nutrition
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
It's important to find someone you like and trust. Having trust with your coach makes the process much easier because you can simply listen to what they tell you to do and get you where you want to go.
I would also say that nobody can get in shape to work with a trainer/coach. It's that persons job to get the customer in shape. If they are worth their weight, they will produce good results while making the training environment fun and exciting.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are they truly ready to change?
Are they ready to commit to doing what it takes to make the progress they want?
