What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I go through an assessment and find out what the athlete themselves are looking for. Then I implement this into a periodization contrast program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education that I have obtained over the years is eight certifications in various areas such as youth training, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding. I've also trained myself for bodybuilding competitions, I trained myself for the NFL with very little to no help.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have a athlete group class pricing. I also provide 1-1 pricing.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started training by preparing myself for the NFL developmental league, AFL Arena Football League.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with ALL Student Athletes and Athletes on different levels. Boys and Girls - Men and Women
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently started training a Football fullback/lineman, he was training with another coach here in Cincinnati. When i went to check the basic strength of this athlete he was unable to a pushup, now he has went through progressive training and now is bench pressing weight and will move up accordingly and nw is more explosive.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask does everyone start from a basic area or are they instantly put into everyone's training.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
If im (you the athlete) unable to do what everyone else is doing do you have another way for me (you) to get through the training successfully
