Falecia Marie Coaching

Falecia is raw, she’s authentic, you can tell she fully invests herself in your well being and has a very empathetic way of coaching through your emotion. She allows you to feel welcomed, normal for your actions towards your circumstances and allows you to open the window to where you can make great change in an empowering way, even when it comes to looking at things you don’t love about yourself. She pushes you to your best and always leaves sessions with a list of ways I can create new, progress and grow that she helped me discover and allows me to make up my action plan. A brilliant coach and my life is so much stronger because of her coaching and her influence in my life.

Falecia is so easy to work and connect with. I know that no matter what space I am in she is there for me with no judgment and she is committed to not letting me stay in that space. Falecia asks great questions that allow me to discover breakthroughs and through coaching with her my relationship with myself, my husband, family and friends have all significantly improved! Highly recommend!

Falecia changed my way of handling issues that occur at work and in my personal life. I now don’t resort back to my typical “flight” response. I now calmly think before I speak, own my mistakes, and respond with power. I owe my success at work to her!
